Sintesi is a modern strength-training system we brought over from Italy. It uses a single, compact cable unit with a digital load that adapts to your movement in real time. The resistance remains smooth and consistent through the full range of motion, which many people find steadier and easier on the joints than traditional weights.

The system offers multiple resistance profiles, allowing it to simulate free weights, elastic resistance, isokinetic and isometric work, or variable load that responds to your speed and effort. This flexibility means a single piece of equipment can deliver strength, functional training, conditioning, or rehabilitation work — all in one 30-minute session.

Each session is coached 1-to-1 by Wayne, who guides you through the exercises, adjusts the resistance and mode as needed, and ensures every rep counts. The sessions are straightforward, efficient, and easy to fit into a busy week.
