Intro Personal Training
Start with a one-on-one personal training session suited to your fitness level. This includes a full InBody body scan to assess your starting point and monitor your progress.
Intro Pilates
Try reformer Pilates in a private introduction session. An InBody body scan is included to assess your posture and muscle balance before you begin.
Sintesi Training
Train using the Sintesi system, which offers adaptive resistance for efficient and effective strength building. This session is designed for those ready to focus on their strength training.
InBody Scan Only
If you train elsewhere but want an accurate body composition analysis, book an InBody Scan. This session provides detailed insights into your muscle mass, fat, and hydration—no training required.
